How I install the skins?

The data folder is in the "internal memory" correct since I cannot find it on my memory stick. Is there a way to access this since the internal memory does not show up once my phone (Xperia Play) is inserted into the computer. Only the memory stick is shown.

@CloudStrife86, so I simply just move FPse over to my sd card using Root Explorer. Will this also allow me to move the memory cards from FPse to my Playstation folder on my sd card fine?

I change the default files on /data/data/com.emulator.fpse/files/skin for the alternative ones but nothing happens...
