Game Not Displaying Correctly! (Puzzle Fighter)

Hello,

So I have an issue with Super Puzzle Fighter 2x displaying correctly on FPSE. At first it wouldn't even load until I figured out that it required the scph1001.bin to load. But what is strange is that after the intro screen loads and the game comes on, about 1/4 of the screen on the right is blank and the image is cut off. I tried running this on a PC emulator and it works fine so I'm not sure what the problem is. I tried tweaking with the aspect ratio etc, but the image is still cut off. Any suggestions?

Street Fighter collection disc 1 display is messed up too. Cuts a portion off the left and top of screen.

Interesting....wonder why it does that...seems kind of random. Though it seems to be only happening with Capcom games...

In case of Puzzle Fighter pressing Start and after Select you can move the screen until you see the portion at your desire.
