Final Fantasy 9 Disc Change Crash

I am at the end of disc 1 of FF9and I saved the game and ejected and loaded disc 2 and the phone vibrates once and then vibrates 3 times a few seconds later and crashes (takes me back to my android desktop). I then tried to load disc 2 directly and then load my save game from the load inside the game and it does the same thing. I turned off HLE mode and have bios loaded. Can anyone tell me if I am doing something wrong or if there is a way to get past this issue?

Im not sure but it might be a bad image happened to me before on epsxe on disc3 took me ages to relise. Just a sugestion.
