why other emulator (gensoid, psx4droid, nesoid, snesoid, gba4droid) everything works fine?
why is FPSE not working properly?

I think the problem is "xCyanogenPro - Floy - v3.6"which has three keys simultaneously active

hardware keyboard is not work in game

installed a new keyboard (qwerty) disables the one you use now and try if it works
