Motorola Milestone HWkey with smartkeyboard pro doesn't work

Installed fpsce on Milestone and roms are working fairly, but found
HW keyboard key assigned is not working at all when I use smartkeyboard pro.
To confirm this I've changed another keyboard(such as google IME) and now
fpsce working properly, I'd like to have some tips for how to solve this.

Any suggestion&tips are welcome, and if it's bug, please fix it.
I'm heavily dependent to smartkeyboard pro (support HW keyboard with asian character
IME), so hard to change my keyboard application.
