this is not a bios

I downloaded "romfinder" and downloaded a few games, when i go to the directory of the downloaded ff9 and 007 the world is not enough. There are 3 files 2 zips and 1 .bin (no bios files anywhere that i can see or explanation on the romfinder app) i select the .bin file (the only file visible) and it tells me "WARNING this is not a bios" sup with that? How do i get my game to play?
