Oh wow. I cant agree more guys.
I kinda lost interest in FPSE for android because I cant customize it as I could with WM version. I too miss the times we edited *.ini, thats why I made packs so "busy guys" didnt have to set it up themselves xD good times. Also i didnt know there was new PSX emulator, I gotta check it out.

Any news about why was PSX4droid pulled down and FPSEce wasnt?
Btw, what's up guys, long time no see =D

The timing is obviously no coincidence. This doesn't mean though that the reasons to take it down aren't legitimate.

Hey Kowboy, nice to see you my friend.
I too miss FpseCE, and everything about it. Altough editing .ini's and gamelists was a pain in the arse, I enjoyed it. All the different customisation, especially all the overlay options were much better. However now the speed for me with fpse for Android has surpassed FpseCE, which is awesome.

The community just isn't the same as it was, I miss that the most I think.

PSx4droid will be back on the market soon and most likely for free with Open GL fully implemented.

The PSX arcade is a scam. The guy just renamed an old version of PSX4droid I am pretty sure and reuploaded it

There are two NDS emulators which are selling for like $10.00 when Tiger King offers it for free (they are selling his beta)

Some moron also did the same thing with N64oid etc.

Nothing is worse than "Nathan Roys" who posts "fake emulators" for $20. Although he did not put fake in the title until I this week

I have tried these apps long enough to refund them. Which I will admit is not long enough to draw a complete picture, but with the rate that emulators are being repackaged and resold on the Android market I tend to be a bit judgmental.

I only keep one NDS game on my phone and when I tested it I got the same FPS and performance as Tiger King's NDS Demo but with a cleaner UI. If some games are almost playable then I will reconsider and buy it now. With so few comments I assumed that the 2 good comments on the review page where from the dev himself trying to scam other into buying the emulator.

As far as some apps coming with different UIs I could be wrong but I believe tweaking the UI of an app you are ripping off and reposting it is much simpler than coding how well the application actually runs.

So yes perhaps I misjudged one or two and I do not know how to see how the application is actually coded BUT the Android market has had MANY emulators come and go that were outright money grabs and not deserving to be posted so I prefer to be skeptical especially when an application shows up from an unproven developer.

For example MJ APPs also has a brand new NDS emulator on the market :

https://market.android.com/details?id=a ... rch_result

I am pretty sure his is the exact same as Tiger king's because he even used the same photos as Tiger King did for previews.

Here is a complete list of his offerings (none are promising)

https://market.android.com/developer?pub=MJ+Apps

Finally my favorite !

DREAMCAST BABY...Oh wait this is just one of Yongzh emulators. This can be proven because Yongzh keeps a link to Rom Gripper in his emus for people to use and has not removed it yet even though ROM Gripper no longer is on the market. So I should believe this guy made a brand new emulator post ROM Gripper and coded it into his UI?

To Top it off this so called Dreamcast emulator is not even able to see Dreamcast ROMs.

Search emulators on the market sometime and you will be surprised by how many half capable over priced rip offs there are

reading this reminds me how bad the world really is,especially how f** selfish and egocentric humans are :/
There should be an effective method to report those scammers ...
