Problems installing

I have installed FPse and for some reason when I try to download iso files I cannot open them. When I try to install the.cab file, it says no application can complete this action. What can I do to fix this?

I think you're mistaken between FpseCE for Windows Mobile and Fpse for Android
BTW, as downloading iso is illegal, don't talk about it here.
Well that would explain a lot. And I do actually own the game that I am trying to download, I just figured it is easier than converting on my computer and transferring to my phone.
