Cannot get FPSE to work

Postby MT2 » Sun Mar 06, 2011 11:29 pm

Hello, I might sound like a noob but please help me. I cannot get FPSE to work. I have tried to load the bios file, but I cannot get to the folder where my bios is saved, which is located in my SD Card. I would try to go back pressing the (...) but it will not let me leave that directory. I would then try to copy the bios file to the directories that I can see, but it won't let me.

I am currently using a MyTouch 4G running Android 2.2. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you ahead of time for your help.

You can't go to the parent directory (by pressing ..) because you start off at /. Click the folder sdcard.

No Problem. To be honest I think /sdcard/ would be a better default directory than /.

I know what he means...

I downloaded FPseCE for my Atrix running 2.2. When I try to locate my bios (located on my sdcard), it shows no folders or files even present on my card. So I can't point to anything really. Any help?

Okay now it shows up and I used the recommended BIOS....anyhow

I used PocketISO to convert a FF7 .bin to a .bin.z file. When I try to select said file, the application will justclose to my home screen. Any help?

Are you sure that's what you did? If yes, why would you do that?

I compressed it and that's the compressed file that came out. I can open it with with WinRar, but have yet to explore it. I posted in a similar thread a minute ago, though im not sure how be he reached the solution.
