I would firstly expect emulation speed to improve - which considering how good it is already, is amazing.
Then antialiasing and maybe some fancy upscaling could be possible...?

Wish I knew why we were getting sticky keys still though..
this is the only problem I have with this fantastic emulator at the moment - and it's a real niggle :?

Don't know if this helps, but my ZTE Blade (which supports dual touch) has no problems with sticky keys.

Someone made a video a while back.

I don't get sticky keys in any games with HD2. I think its a device issue more than a software problem since the reports are so varied and no one can create instructions to replicate it.

Can someone help me out please? I moved my save state files to another folder. Now when I try to load the save states, it doesn't show up. There's just an empty slot where it used to be. I redirected the save state path to where I moved the files to and saved the config. How do I get it to recognize the save state files?

I am using a htc desire and if i press any two direction buttons at once (up and left for example) and any of the triggers, the trigger I pressed gets stuck until I press it again. I am not complaining at all btw, I am just saying in case it helps replicate it.

heavily re-edited after more testing.

Is the sticky key issue specific to the HTC desire?
If so is it linked to this problem with the axes when 2 buttons pressed at the same time?

I've figured something out...

Game: DRIVER -
In-game:
L2 shows view to the LEFT.
R2 shows view to the RIGHT.
L2 & R2 pressed together show view BEHIND.

What works:
Repeatedly hitting L2 _or_ R2 or holding them down individually work fine...
Alternately hitting L2 and R2 ad-nauseam works fine..

Holding L2/R2 seem fine

What doesn't always work:
However a slight rub up/down of L2 & R2 slightly (simultaneously) sometimes causes a fixed view of behind the car (L2 and R2 stick) or a side view (either L2 or R2 stuck).
Then hitting L2 'undoes' the stuck L2 & hitting R2 'undoes' the stuck R2..

So, this could be device-dependent and linked with the HTC Desire multi-touch/axes cross issue?
Although don't see how that affects 'presses' of buttons...

Maybe an option to highlight (currently) pressed keys or a debug option to output the binary representation of pressed keys may help to track this down?

BTW, great emulator though - I can't praise it enough!!
Any chance (or maybe I've missed it) of putting the version number on the help screen or somewhere?

SCHTRUCK- You mentioned that the sticky keys might be a longpress issue. Were you able to look into this?

I'm on a HTC Touch Pro 2 rooted device. This phone has a qwerty keyboard. I can tap a hardware key and it's fine, but once I press the directional key to the right, up, down, or left for more than 1 sec, it will go in that direction for about 4-5 seconds.

I can use the onscreen directional pad with no sticky keys but this isn't ideal when I have a keyboard. I can play FPSECE on this device and I have no sticky keys so not sure what happened when you ported it over to Android. Thanks for you support with this.

Good question. Here's a video demonstrating the known HTC Desire touchscreen issue.
