 Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback
With OpenGL, Digimon Rumble Arena's Graphic is off alignment, *tick* OffScreenDrawing alignment problem solved, but the off alignment keep blinking on foreground. It was like screen showing room1, but room2 keep blinking on your screen.
Btw the new OpenGL is definitely fast & good 3D graphic, please troubleshoot my problem thanks in advance.

Any good news on the saving settings front? .29 doesn't fix this. This is irksome, really.

When u talk of gpu and opengl there are to seperate thing. Gpu is hardware on Device Opengl is plugin software based.
So my guess is opengl will not increase performance. Can even decrease performance on older gpu chipsets
Emulators is a combination of CPU and ram the more you have of both the better the outcome
Hope that helps As for RAM, well , increasing it as no effect at all, except if you have a really ridiculous amount like under 100Mb free One thing is sure, different GPU lead to different problems (like the Mali bugs for example) in openGL only, so GPU has its part somehow

schtruck wrote: what setting are you talking for example? Hmm, I sent two emails through the store, perhaps you didn't get them. Well, apparently from the comments there I'm not the only one who can NEVER save the "special screen size" setting. No matter what I try, it never works. It always stays stuck at the "full screen" option. Apparently you had a problem with that a few versions back, since you mentioned a fix, but I guess the fix didn't work for all machines, or OS versions...

 Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback
Yeah, I have issues with saving settings sometimes as well. I just found that if I chose the settings I liked, switch to another graphics mode, opened FPse again, switched back, the settings would be saved. Otherwise, it stays off/on.
I had that for a while where (when in software mode) when I started the program, the game would be full-screen with dual core on (and therefore screen filtering which I don't like). I did my plugin swap and it stayed off.
Now, stuff like Print FPS or whatever my frameskip settings are don't seem to save - no biggie though.

 Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback
I've got those issues too - settings most of the times get saved, but the rest of the time they just decide to save or not randomly. Also the entire "per-game" and "general" settings is completely unintuitive. Almost all the time I change something only to find that in another game that something isn't changed! The GUI needs a nice refresh!

 Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback
Hi all!
First I want to thank schtruck for his hard work. He did a wonders with the final releases. I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase of this application. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Second of all I want to say to all those idiots which are blaming the app for not been able to play some of their pirated games, to go f**k themselves and buy some games. Aftar that they will see what great app this realy is.
And last, I have a problem with saving my progress. I just wanted to ask if there is a way to save my progress? Because when I try to save the emulator sometimes freezes and when I try to restart it and load my save it is giving me an error saying that I need to load the Bios and then to load the default config. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. If someone could help it will be greatly appreciated.

 Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback
First of all great work to the authors of this program, it's a great piece of software.
Second I would like to know if I'm doing something wrong. I have Fpse on my Galaxy Nexus (AOKP + franco.kernel @1317 Mhz GPU @384 Mhz) and I can't seem to get Final Fantasy IX to run properly in OpenGL mode.
First of all, my settings are the following:
Fast boot: ON SPUSync: ON Frameskip: ON OffScreenDrawing: ON Special Framelimiter: ON
What I find weird is that when I disable the framelimiter, the framerate goes enormously high (+150) as if to say the hardware doesn't have a problem with it at all. I tried this with both the old one and the new "special" one.

I tried this with both the old one and the new "special" one. Same here in software mode. With framelimiter on, I have slowdowns in battle. With framelimiter off, thing go WAY too fast, with no noticeable slowdowns.
