@Schtruck,
Please when you can fix Hot Wheels - Turbo Racing [U] [SLUS-00964], this game does not run yet!
Thanks

epsxe 1.7.0 does not emulate this game yet!

I am beginning to get the feeling we may not get an answer to this, since posted several times and PM's by customers of the app and still no response. Then again, if it is added in a future update, COOL! :)

The app rocks, none the less! :)

The dev did real good. If we ever get pbp file support, we will be able to have about three times (or more) games fit in the same space. I am kind of surprised more folks have not been asking about this, due to the huge space savings (on average).

In the latest version there is a noticeable slowdown in both gameplay and audio.
FFIX drops down to 50/40 fps frequently and the audio slows down too. Before it constantly ran at 60fps with perfect audio.

To your attention Schtruck.

Not to belittle fpse, but epsxe is the most sophisticated psx emu out there. If epsxe won't run it, it will probably be a while before fpse will handle it.

Heck, I would be tickled pink if the dev announces and updates the app to support pbp files. Not seeing how this question has not been asked more, considering the HUGE space saving that would result. Eboot pbp files makes far more sense than 600mb to 700mb images. Sure, some game only work if in ISO, NRG, IMG or BIN format, but per my test of over 300 roms, over 90% work perfectly in pbp format. I converted them for the PSP and they play with PSX4Droid too, but that app is sllloooow compared to the amazing FPse. I compared BIN file and ISO roms on both PSX4Droid and FPse- FPse is far more efficient and works better with far more games.

Considering we are using mainly phones for this and most tablets do not have USB host for thumbdrives (my gTablet and Iconia does). I stuffed a 64gb thumbdrive with roms, but they would fit in a fraction of sapce and the internal space in pbp format (I should know, since have in both).

PbP file format for the win! :) Please :)

The problem I mentioned with the settings crashing also means I can't save any games. Can't save 'em, can't play 'em. Please note this and fix for next release.

Running Evo Fresh 4.0.0.4 on HTC Evo.

So no comment on the performance issues in the new version shtruck?

Also, my phone seems to heat up like lava after playing for 15 minutes. On older versions I played for about two hours straight (!) and it didn't heat up like that.
