Here are changes:
- Inverted Colors Fixed (Emu is faster)
- Automatic ARMV6 detection with specific Recompiler optimizations. (Emu is faster)
- Added new options to Fix the Autoalignement Problem which make gameplay harder on somes devices with touch screen ClearPad2000. (Automatic onscreen Pads replacement)
- Fixed "Disable onscreen Pads" config save.
- Added somes Security check to help starting FPse (people were loading Bios instead ISO or ISO instead bios because same file extension .bin)

Thanks a lot for the update!!
MSG was clearly struggling wit the inverted colors, now it looks perfect.
Also speedup is definitely noticeable.

BTW, I've noticed a force closure if you open FPse while USB storage is active and then press ".."

Please let me know Schtruck if such feedback is appreciated or if you're not interested in fixing small bugs right now.

I second this request. I would love to be able to save boost mode.

Another small bug: If you restart a game with CDDA, it restarts without CDDA.
