GITech wrote:Question...how do you get an analog stick and the 4 face buttons at the same time??

First, be sure to select analog pad type in input setting, after you should see a switch button in the bottom middle of the screen, just press it to change the analog mode.

After downloading an overlay skin, just extract it on your SD card then go to Settings>Input>Touchscreen>Overlay pad>External and choose the folder of the skin and choose pad.ini, that 's it! ;)

If you have any suggestion feel free.

Was just about to see if you could make some of these.

They look amazing, thanks for the new pads.

Too bad FFT and FF7 don't support analog.

Would it be possible to have the old frameskip option included along with the new one? Sometimes the older version works better with games like tomba compared to the new way. The current one seems to chop out the frames so the gameplay is extremely choppy.

Frameskip is broken in every game I`ve tried. But THPS3 looks better now.

Hi Schtruck,

I get significant performance drops while running FPse in Gingerbread 2.3.3 while FPse on Froyo 2.2 runs everything almost perfect. Same phone. Do you know of any possible reason for this on your end? Is there a reason Gingerbread is significantly slower? Are you using certain libraries that might cause this?

I have raised this issue with the kernel/rom development but I have no idea if anything is to be done with it or if it is something that can be fixed at all.

EDIT: OK, it seems it is a kernel issue. I wasn't quite sure so I figured I would bring it up here and ask.

Samsung Captivate SGH-I897
Serendipity VII
Gingerbread 2.3.3
Talon Kernel 0.2.2 T4

In bios mode, at loader press volume up button.

You go into bios menu, usefull to manage your memcards.

By Bios Mode, do you mean the screen where you can select the game you want to play? If so, it is not working for me. I get !!Error!! Quit FPSe and all other applications to free up memory, or something like that. then, it shows the root directory (or whatever the directory that contains /sdcard plus others). I am not connected to the internet when I do this, in case it makes a difference. I also copied over my memory cards from psx4droid and renamed them, in case they might be messing things up.

If I am looking at the screen where I would select the game to play and press up volume the standard PSX bios loads for me. No glitches or anything. While my memory cards have changed a lot since then, I originally created mine also in psx4droid sometime last year. I am running a Droid 2.
