i just wanted to to share with you my progress on Gear VR and Vrglasses support, a very fun option available since christmas version.
first FPse now support the famous Lens distortion, necessary to compensate the distortion of the VR glasses lens.

i have implemented a special mode which let you play to PSone onto a very big screen inside a movie theater!

the feeling is really good!

take a look:

I have no interest in playing in VR mode but I wonder something on your screen : Don't we have the impression to be sit on the middle of two seats here?

Yes, it troubles my OCD's...

i was not interrested in VR so much until i tested, and now i can say it's the future of video games. that's really impressive. you feel really to be into another dimension. all your body feel the movement, the atmosphere.

Yes I think it is a good thing you add this feature in FPSE, as it greatly improve the experience of the early adopters of VR glasses.

I just said that I am not interested in this because I don't plan to purchase VR glasses or cardboard for now :) .

You're not sitting on the middle of two seats - you're standing at the back of the theatre, behind the back row of seats, standing in between two seats ;)

It depend of the movie theater. somes have such configuration. Less seat forward and more seat backward.

But the way you eyes are not sticked on this. And the fake is working like a charm.

Real movie theatre seats are staggered anyway - every other row should have the same perspective as you do.
