My device is Huawei u8110, Eclair 2.1.

Thanks and good work!

@Cim;

My milestone 2 has qwerty slider for that reason I don't use overlay pads, overlay pad in input menu is disabled and therefore I don't need sharp overlay drawing, in milestone 2 i use game-gripper, see... http://www.game-gripper.com

but your chipset is hummingbird and my chipset is Omap, omap i think better

Hummingbird is faster than Omap by 5-10%.
Omap is the closest to original ARM Cortex-A8 design (versus Hummingbird and Snapdragon), and it's the slowest.

Though, any Galaxy S variant should be able to play Tekken 3 @ 60FPS on FPSE. If it doesn't, then your problem comes from something else. For example from your rom, or how much bloat you installed on your phone, or how you compressed the iso you're using.

Sharp overlay is a perf killer since a few updates. Don't use it.

Sorry man, but in youtube had benchmarks test, with omap and hummingbird, and omap is better!

see this link benchmark test: http://androidheadlines.com/2011/03/mot ... mance.html, omap is betterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
in quadrant benchmarks tests droid 2 (Milestone 2) is superior to the Samsung Galaxy S is proved with the test quadrant: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HnLecb-3JNk

Don't compare phones with Quadrant mate ;)

Here's my Galaxy S :

This benchmark is useless.
For your link to Droid 3, it uses OMAP 4. It's a dual core processor (and Cortex A9) so you can't compare it to Hummingbird/singlecore (Cortex A8).

/offtopic

Is anyone having problems with some pads not showing or some colors only ?

sorry but the tests I have here do not show this, the comparison was for dual core dual cores, and the second option that I sent you and the test of single colors, and OMAP this front, we will do the following, you will prove me Hummingbird is better and I'll prove that a single OMAP core is better then the two are good ok! the differences are few, so the two are good! is yes and thanks for your opinion and always good discussions, I like it, but thanks anyway!

Guys
All this talk about dualcores.
Its not gonna improve fpse in anyway
If I remember right fpse is optimized
for single core devices

same as n64oid.

Have a look in off topics for n64oid news update.

Catch ya later

What fox said. The hardware is only as good as the software. This is why iOS is much faster than android even with the newer dual core phones.

BTW, where did you hear about the droid 3? I'm waiting for that device too. Hope they don't lock the bootloader like in the current moto devices.

@gatwon: Few days ago you said this:
gatwon wrote:@schtruck;
In the new version 0.10.43 takken 3 had great slowdowns, fps 43-45
framelimiter on
frameskip off
cpusync off

And now you are saying you have 62 fps... Can you explain what changed in the meantime?
I didn't want to start flame or anything, but please read some facts and see few benchmarks before all that "my phone is better than yours" crap :p
Can anyone with SGS report his fps in Tekken 3 please?
Device: Samsung Galaxy S
