and such a pad could be nice... but:
I think you could use the arrows from Cloudstrife86's The Cloud eXperience[/url][/b] to get a pad that looks similar to the iphone-pad?

Sorry 4 my double post , i didnt know where to write it. Yes The Cloud eXperience pad is ok ,but what i saw in youtube is 100 times better;)

EDIT:

Hy Myth,

when using an actual supporter version, you have to follow these steps to get pads working:

1. Install fpsece free-version
2. Install fpsece supporter-version
3. create a folder 'PAD' in fpsece-programm-folder (FpseCE\SKINS\PAD)
4. copy 'Version with the default D-Pads included' and 'Racing-style' in the new PAD-folder
5. now you could use the pads - just activate it in fpsece (press one time on the pads in menu - otherwise they are deactivated)

btw: You should also use a modified skin (f.e. SimonMallion's Skin Pack from artist corner) to set pads!

Hi cyber-junkie,

I apologise if this question should have been posted elsewhere, but I have recently got myself a Samsung i8000, have donated and am currently waiting for the supporter version, in the meantime however, I would love to know what ini settings you have used to get fpsece to work so well. I was blown away by your vid showing off your D-Pad skins and would love to be able to get mine running the same.

Thanks.

Hi dukenoswal,

the important settings for i8000 (that I'm using):

1. Push your Phone-CPU to 950Mhz:
Needed programs: FPUenabler + S3Clock (search @ modaco)
FPUEnabler: Just start the program and klick at 'patch' + exit program (don't need to start ist again -
this is needed to get S3Clock running)
S3Clock: Edit your registry (HKCU\Software\S3Clock) - APLL_MDIV=475 / MPLL_MDIV=400 -
start S3Clock and klick on 'SET CPU SPEED' - then Quit or Hide program (it's active until you suspend your device)

2. Most important settings on fpsece-game-ini (in cfg-folder since you have startet the game once):
- GFXDRV=4 (=directX - but it should use with other GFXDRV too)
- EnableSound=off (I don't need sound - an sound cost's fps...)
- FpsCount=off (I want to play, and don't look constantly at the fps... I think this is only useful for testing)
- Exit_Size=030 (to change fpsece from landscape back to portrait-mode)
- Try different gamepatches under [GPUSOFT] (each game needs other patches to run best)
(f.e. on 'crash bandicoot 3' I only use Frame_Skip_Mode=1 - the rest is 0)

3. Set frameskip up to '6' to get best performance in fpsece.

@Harris1977

I've been wanting something like that myself! I made these http://www.fpsece.net/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=965&sid=ef725ab58daaf7d001457cb8448385a1. They aren't perfect but they are similar.

Dear CJ

Thank you for your work and helps to FPSECE users

As you are i8000 user

Would you please be able to upload video "how to set up D-PAD" just for I8000 ?

I kind of spend whole day today to learn this but still stuck....

Even Arrow set up wouldn't work properly..... I mean... (Left, Right, Up, Down)

about 1 month old versions were okay for setting arrows

but this newer version when I set up arrows... object in the game wouldn't move

For example (I tried 2 games : Bomberman Party Edition, Batman forever)

When I press arrow to any direction, It moves very short while and then stop....

eventually I need to press button many times to get to move....

So I had to change to (L)

I saw your video and just realised how smooth your setting is for i8000

please share with us how you set up.....

Hi cyber-junkie!

First of all i would like to point out that i know i can create multifunction overlays, this suggestion is just because it looks alot better and its more convenient. :)

I was wondering if you maybe could modify the PSP GO right pad(With the X, O, Square, Triangle) and maybe place a button between for example X, O that will let you trigger both at the same time, very useful in Tekken.

Here is a picture of what i mean, where i have highlighted with red is where i mean the button should be placed, and it should trigger "Triangle+Square":
Image
Sorry for destroying your beautiful creation. ;)

And place out three more buttons between every button that triggers the two closest buttons. And also maybe a button in the middle to trigger "Square+O".
Alot of buttons in the same sentence there! ^^
Would be nice if you would like to do this. As i said it will be very useful in Tekken! :)

Hi LaZi3b0y,

unfortunately multikeys don't work on landscape overlay-pads (tried that a few weeks before) - it works only on portrait-pads...
so at this moment the only way is to do this is with seperate overlay-multikey-buttons... sorry.
