[SKINS] Finger friendly WVGA skin for FpseCE_010 V1.51

 [SKINS] Finger friendly WVGA skin for FpseCE_010 V1.51How to install:
- Replace the files in the 480X420 folder. (Usually it is in Program Files\FpseCE\SKINS\480X420). - Please backup your original 480X420 folder first. I have added a B version, which contains a variant of LeSScro's Menu-2:  The file is attached to the bottom of this post.     Version 1.51: Removed extra space from a file name... Version 1.5: Added 3 new buttons to main menu: CD Eject, Minimize, Menu-2 Also I simplified all main menu look Version 1.41: - Some changes to menu-1 so that the rotate icons will have easier access Version 1.4: - Added Next button in menu 10 Version 1.31: - Improved Pad buttons area with LeSScro help Version 1.3: - Updated with Pad buttons Version 1.2: - Updated with the great graphics of LeSScro Version 1.1: - Added Clear button in the onscreen button configuration Credits: - Most of the graphics were done by LeSScro, many thanks mate for the wonderful work! - Some of the graphic are from the original skin, I don't know who is the artist, if anyone knows please let me know so he'll get his proper credit.
