For all those who wish to quickly convert their skins to other resolutions I wrote a small utility to automatically recalculate values in ini files. To use just put the scaleskin.exe and desired bat file in skins directory (where your source skin folder, e.g., 480X420 is) and make sure that destination folder (e.g. 240X210) exists, and run that batch file.
Offcourse you will also have to resize graphics to the same resolution (for that purpose I used Photoshop Automate Batch). Hope this helps someone

I was happy to see that it supports any resolution,
so i made 3 additional batch files that might come in handy.
- 480X100 to 320X70
- 480X100 to 240X50
- 320X70 to 240X50

Thanks Tatsumaki! I didn't know about all the resolutions that are usable with FpseCE. This is great news if it works well, but please note that there might be some problems with volume bars - they might be too big or too small in scaled skin.
