Metal Gear Solid - Changing CD hellp!!

Hello,
I've finished the MGS CD1 without much issues. When it asked to select CD2, i did but it didn't work... Actually that CD2 wouldn't start on its own... On FPse!! On other emulator it worked fine! But nevermind, i found another image of the CD2 which worked on FPse. So i'm on CD2.
I save, then quit and load CD2, load my save, ok. Then i do quick save, just to test. I select it to quick load, then FPse will crash! And when i close it just after game was loaded, hoping the auto save would work, when i re-launch it, it ask me to insert CD1! And if i do, i'm into a zone where i NEVER SAVED!!
Please help me..!
