WipEout XL

I was wondering if someone could help me. I own WipEout3 and WipEout XL. I got WipEout 3 to work on FPse for Android. I have the BIOS scpch something that works fine. When I try loading WipEout XL it does the Sony screen. But then it takes me straight to CD player in the BIOS is there something I am doing wrong? And I click the .bin file not the .cue file. Thanks for reading this.
