Parasite eve iso file change disc

Parasite eve change disc feature does not recognize disc 2 iso file. Please help with the situation parasite eve is the reason I paid for fpse. I legally own the actual game and would love to be able to play it all the way through. The game runs perfectly except for the change disc feature
