Tokyo Highway battle and Advan racing

I can't seem to get this game to work. Using latest version of fpse and latest update on the Motorola Xoom.
I got the correct bios and can get other games to work ie. Gran turismo 2 works for me.
Tokyo HWB loads the intro then it does nothing. While Advan racing just loads the PS screen then freezes or sometimes force closes. Can anyone help!!?.?
