ok, i have ripped all the files from my tomb raider 2 game i have 60+ 'tracks' and 1 .cue file. ive tried loading all of them and they are not working, im confused what to do now,please help as im a novice when it comes to this type of thing.

ok,ive got the tomb raider 3 rom it works fine except when you save state and try to press select or start after doing this it freezes,im i doing somthing wrong? im not having much luck with this

Hi, epic work on the fpse! im just wondering has onyone got past level 3 on Tomb Raider 1? For some reason when you pick up any of the 3 cogs in the level, if you press start or select the game freezes? Ive tried multiple downloads from the internet aswell just to make sure and it keeps happening in level 3 ''the lost valley''

I completed Lvl 3. No problems with picking up the cogs. I bought the PAL version on ebay and ripped it by myself. I think thats the reason that everthing works fine.

Thanks for taking the time to reply!:) Is there any chance you could tell me what program you used to rip the game cd? Mine is the original 1 on pal,,, so I guess I must have done something wrong in the converting process?

I used CDBurnerXP. Its a freeware tool. Important is, that you cant make an iso with this program, you have to make a .bin and a .cue file. Then just copy theese two files in your FPse foler and open the .cue file with FPse.

Hello! i am using last version of Fpse, very satisfied with the emulator. loving it.

But suddenly I got a problem. Tomb Raider 2 played without problems till LVL 9 "Living quarters" (Maria Doria) and middle of this lvl the game frezzes on pressing select or start button! Either after taking the 2nd secret or after sliding down to the room, where u can swim outside to the sharks and 3rd secret. Till these points everything works. Im very shocked, cause I played long till this lvl and to restart the game would be non-sence.
Note: I played till I had to use the key to a door on this level and the game frezzed on inventory auto pop-up. So its impossible to get over this level

Was trying to play with all the settings video/audio/systme - no effort.
Reinstalling FPSE did not help

ROM is NTSC SLUS00437 bin/cue files
Playing on OpenGL setting
Fpse 0.11.123

just tried another ROM. PAL SLES00718
Skipped levels with the level skip cheat and passed through the points i couldnt pass on the NTSC ROM. That points described as above contained sounds, so as I conclude the problem was with the sound emulation due to bad cue file or something...
I tried to change the cue data (of NTSC ROM) to the one provided by Schtruck in other thread and then to load and pass through that freezes, but it didnt help.

Will have to keep playing PAL Version.
