Is it possible to run a Japanese title of fpse. I switched to the scph1000.bin file for a japanese game, but when I attempt to load the game it just goes to the cd disc screen. These is the same thing the actual disc does in a US PSX machine when you don't use a device such as swap magic. I thought changing to the Japanese bin fine would be all a need to do. Thanks for any advice.

Yes I have tried both US and Japanese bios. I figured I would need to change the bios to Japanese because with the actual game the only way I can play it on my US PSX is with swap magic. If I load the disc without it I get the same screen that I'm seeing on the fpse so I assume something has to change to the Japanese format.
