Crusader No Remorse .... In-Game Menu Bar in the Wrong Place

I really want to play this game but this is driving me crazy. The in-game menu bar for Crusader No Remorse is supposed to be at the bottom of the screen, but when I play it with FPSE, for some reason it is about a tenth of the way up from that, actually blocking part of the view ... Is there anyway to fix this? Has anyone run into this issue before?

I just tried the off-screen drawing option, but unfortunately it made no difference.
Do you have any other suggestions? Have any of you tried to play this game? What was your experience?

Okay, it may just be my copy of Crusader, or a problem with the game in general, because I tried it with a different emulator--psx4droid--and got the exact same problem.
