Digimon World 3 Corrupted Save File

I've been playing Digimon World 3 without much of a problem for about a month but a few days ago, it kept crashing whenever I loaded the most recent save files. The game would freeze after the battle during the part when the experience points gained is displayed. IF I skip battles and I just head on to new areas of the map, the area won't load properly. My character is able to move around but there are patches of the loading screen flashing about preventing me from seeing where my character is heading to. Can anyone please help me with this? I'll attach my save file so anyone with the expertise might have a better insight into the problem I'm facing and help me recover the save file. THanks...
