Warhawk - The Red Mercury Missions

Game loads OK, with either the European, or the NTSC-U version, here is where things get REALLY weird, the intro, cutscenes, and gameplay all work at full speed, but in only HALF of the viewing area, in both portrait and fullscreen. the other half is a very choppy, static-filled duplicate of the working half. The working half is the Left side, the choppy double is on the Right side.
