First game I tried to play on my HTC HD2 is Policenauts after installing fpsece. It loads just fine up until the menu screen. When selecting "New Game," the game stalls on that screen and won't proceed.

I am using the latest supporter version with HD2 Pack v5.1. The ISO is from the Japanese release patched with the English translation. I tried the original unpatched ISO as well and it does the same thing. Policenauts is on the compatibility list, but I can't figure out how to get it to work. I tried all the different GFX modes but that didn't do it.

My HD2 uses the stock rom version 2.10

I wouldn't know where to start to fix the problem so I thought I'd start this thread for the game since there isn't one for it yet. Thanks for any help!

I'm having the same problem on my xperia play (stock 2.3 rom). Policenauts loads fine, displays the intro and the start screen. But, hangs on selecting "new game" or "continue". The ISOs work fine with PCSX on my desktop. I've tried skipfix (just for grins) But, I think this is probably an issue with memory card handling. FWIW, I'm using the paid version of fpse from the android market. (V. 0.10.54 I think)

same problem on SGS2 (stock 2.3.3) with FPse 0.10.57

Bump please... Having the same problem on my Xperia play (stock). Running newest Fpse. Game hangs after choosing new game. I also think it has to do with how the game is reading the memory card... I would love to play this game on the Xperia, Any help is greatly appreciated.

same problem here, Nexus S running 4.0
Can't bypass the main menu screen it just hangs, seems unable to read memory card.

Update:
The game worked!!

only the following is checked:
system:thread priority
audio: spusync
video: framelimiter and framefix

the rest unchecked.

same settings worked for Heart Of Darkness.

I can now play the best games are now on my droid Thanks!
