Well it's generally accepted that in order to emulate a device, you must have a device which is approximately 10 times more powerful, at the minimum. Suffice to say, the HD2, or indeed any other mobile phone, is not 10 times more powerful than the PSP.

I think we are going about this all wrong. if somebody knew how to port the games over to android would be the way to go. if rockstar is porting over the ps2 title Grand theft auto 3 then we should definitely be able to play psp games too. which is about the same clock speed.
