Some weird clock handling you don't really want to know. Yes it is doable in WiMo, but no2chem (author of nueclock) seems to have disappeared. But the code is quite easy, so any correct C dev for WiMo should be able to reproduce it (if there is some, you can ask more details on IRC).
Concerning safety, as always no warranty blabla (and it's for the whole build even without O/C ). But we don't overvoltage the CPU, so the risks are really little.
This is from a dev helping port Android to the Rhodium and they got it to overclock on Android. A lot of devices run this chipset or similar and would surely get some more FPS for us mid-range users!
