 0.11 Fails to start in HTC Universal

Post 0.11 Fails to start in HTC Universal
0.10 worked, but 0.11 will not start. I get the following error immediately:

"Cannot open 'fpsece'. A critical component is either missing or cannot start because program memory is unavailable. Tap Start>Settings>System Tab>Task Manager, stop programs that did not automatically stop, and try again."

After stopping all programs in task manager, 0.11 will still not start.

After removing 0.11 and re-installing 0.10, it works, so the problem is 0.11.

Any ideas?

The latest version 10/15/2010 now runs, only grfx 1,2 or 3 work.
