There is another thread here from a poster who could not get sound with saved games. I'll offer the same advice I offered him--it may help, it may not: be sure to load the game BEFORE loading your saved game. Turn off autosave.

I had the same problem so I think I can help you. You have to wait until the game boots up (i.e. you see the game's loading screen) before you load your saved game. If you load your saved game before the game's engine has finished loading up, you'll get no sound--at least that is what happened to me...
