Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

deejayzee - does it happen with both opengl and softgpu? if I can get tekken3 (that's tekken 3 correct?) I'll test it. does it do that with all games? I've watched your video. Is it the same if you use "old frameskip" and not "frameskip"? I mean, on my devices, tekken has always...

yes, on any version of android, also switching skipfix doesn't help
My device has the same hardware on as Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, maybe someone with this tablet can make a test and post a reply

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

@ deejayzee When u talking about cm9-cm10 On my galaxy note them roms Give a huge reduction in fps. Eg Touchwizz -gingerbread or ice cream sandwich On tekken 3 softmode 60fps-opengl 55-59fps But using cm9-cm10 Tekken 3- softmode 60fps - opengl is 43fps So try the original firmware again And see if ...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

I dunno what's happened to Final Fantasies in the newest version, I walk trough them all on PSX in their time, but still no luck with Persona, still the same weird sound and jerky framerate when both framelimiter and frameskip enabled :(

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

I can't hear any difference in sound too. Music in Persona sounds like a couple of channels was muted, menu switching sounds not always reproduced, and it seems not all sound effects work FPse saves video settings for every game but not mono/dual core option, I can't remember exactly if it worked in...

bluezeak wrote:Sound issues - I did notice some slight oddities in sound on FF9. I think deejayzee may be right that it may only be when frameskip and framelimiter are on.

No, I meant that framelimiter and frameskipping does not affect the sound, they affect the picture smoothness when they both ON

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

@deejayzee on which game you have such stuttering with SPUSYNC to on? and are you using frameskipping? I tried 'Tekken 3' and 'Revelations - Persona', both have sound stuttering with frameskip on and off . With SPU sync set to off sound isn't stutter, but in 'Revelations-Persona' seems to lack some...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Software mode indeed is smooth as butter, but sound is now slow and stutters all the time :?
Savestate path isn't saving when i change it

UPD: it was SPU sync causing stuttering, never had any problems with it
