Have been all along. It's still choppy and the music and gameplay stutters, regardless of the skipped frames (which makes it playable, but even uglier).
When I was having this problem, I tried both on and off, resetting, etc. It reverted back to the auto setting for me every time, so I gave up. I'll have to try it on some different games.

Not much more to say. Every time I set the framelimiter to a specific level, 30, 45, etc, it doesn't accept the change and switches right back to auto.
