I hope you make that auto-config stuff optional in the future. I doesn't make much sense to be forced using specific settings especially on all the different devices. I assume the profile settings are different for different devices but to future proof the application and to make it more compatible...
it's because opengl profiles exist with those games ... and a restart is necessary to apply an opengl settings.... would love to see a profile for SOTN (best platformer ever)... :) even though it is a 2d game opengl settings need to be setup correctly and Dynamic Interpreter needs to be enabled for...

I think this is the issue (Bug) of having "Special Framelimiter" enabled with the new frameskip option.... For mine I have to turn of special framelimiter otherwise its unplayable!

Ya I though it wasn't working either because I was pressing center of screen and nothing happened... But if you press center then drag from left to right like swiping, fast forward works great!!
Played round with it some more and found the settings were sticking for some games but not for others so I tried to reset settings by going into MISC > Reset Settings.....seems to have worked as the settings are now working fine in game for opengl mode.
