Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Do you know where I would find a list of all the updates so I can see which versions to use? How many different versions have there been since 10.29? I think that's the one I was using beforehand. Even when I reinstalled the old version I wasn't able to load the saves... For a complete version hist...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Figured it out... Couldnt load .57 from the App store because it kept saying it wasn't signed. I ended up downloading the APK and installing it directly, saving my saves! With this version I now have the ability to backup/restore the save state. Thanks, How were you able to do this? I am upgrading ...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Got a bug report. Not sure when this started, as I haven't had much time to play in a while, and a couple new versions have come out since I last played. Basically, Final Fantasy Tactics used to work perfectly. Now when I go to load the same iso, it ignores the fast boot setting, displays the bios, ...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Sound emulation still has problems in FF7 even with SPU Sync on. Compare the battle sounds of a real PSX to the battle sounds of FPSE and you'll immediately notice a difference in certain things (Cloud's sword swings, certain enemy attacks, etc) It's decent, but there are a lot of sounds that are i...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Final fantasy slowdown has not been fixed. I just updated and loaded up ff9, and I get the same results. Battle starts, everything is fine at 60fps until the menus show up, then it's down to 35fps. If I hold square to hide the menus, it's right back up to 60fps. I see no improvement at all.

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Seriously guy don't expect a PS2 emu on smartphone before a long time, PCSX2 is a really good emulator but you need a good CPU even for running game in the native resolution, have you ever try to run a PS2 game on a netbook or even on a laptop? And i'm pretty sure a gamecube emulator would be more ...

Wicked sick, my biggest issue resolved, Square's over-amped use of texture windows. Can't wait for that update. You are a prince among coders, sir.

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

it's not a problem of Filter, but a Texture Windows massive use, to emulated that, we need much CPU, that's why it slowdown on low devices. We are working on the next version , this problem has still not be fixed. Ah, that's right, forgot about that. How about when opengl is implemented? As I recal...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

I wonder if the Square slow down bug is phone dependent. I am playing through FF7 on my G2 (stock) and haven't seen that bug. I enter a battle and hold down square. The menu disappears (but the stats still display) and the FPS stays at a constant 60 fps, no slowdown or even dip in performance. fpse...
