i haven't modified this part since few release, i fixed the opengl part for MALI400, your problem is related to SOftware mode. Btw, i'm not able to reproduce it anymore on my TF101 with ICS 4.0.3 (stock rom). if anyone has this problem, can you list here , android version,games and options set from...

I'm running Jelly Bean AOSP ROM on my device, for now screen filtering don't work in fpse .29 in android 4.1.1

yes, the problem persists with the latest update, this is not only my device, some people told about it earlier

Both screenshots are made when screen filtering ON/force mono core OFF, and both versions use the same save state slot

I mean that in dual core mode the picture freezes very often, so it is not so enjoyable to play using this option

it is good, but you can't use dualcore mode with ICS for now
