Are we able to use the cheats on those ISOs and then change disk to another game? Will the cheats selected on that disk work?

I'm trying to play Suikoden II on my Xperia Z Tablet but I find that I need to re-apply cheats every time after I "use" them For example, if I'm using a Quick Level Up cheat, after one battle, the EXP gained from the battle goes back to normal. And I need to re-open the cheat menu to "...
