But to be clear, no one can actually change the video settings in OpenGL at the moment? Or is it just me?

Tried searching the forum and the faq for answers but could'nt find any. My problem is that any changes i make in the video settings with OpenGL won't transfer to the games. After I've made the changes and load a game the message "please restart FPse to apply all options for this game" pop...
