Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Hello there Schtruck it seems serbusfish is right on the fps problem with framelimiter on. I suspect the reason that the latest builds of fpse seemed slower was no other than the framelimiter.I decided to update at last and and after disabling framelimiter my pal games run from 45-50 (with framelimi...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

I dont want to become repetitive but yeah even the latest version is considerably slower than my current one (0.11.69). I suppose this happens since the newer ones have higher audio quality.Mckimiaklopa If you prefer fps over sound quality downgrade since your cpu is weak. I found 0.11.69 much faste...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

just stick to 0.11.69 for your device in which there is a 1-4 fps improvement. You will notice the difference once you play a ''demanding'' specwise game. This is the only reason for me that keeps me from updating...Oh and better backup before you update an emulator sometimes new additions break othe...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

i hope there will be some speed improvement too.Since 0.11.70 fpse is considerably slower than 0.11.69 and before. I suggest staying on 0.11.69 and dont update for mid and low end devices fpse needs some improvement on the fps coding field...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

It seems the new build is slower in fps performance than the previous one. I tried my pal copy of castelvania son and I noticed some fps drops . From 51-50 fps, now it is 49-47 and 50 when I stand still. It might be from the audio enhance but from 3 or more fps drops there is a sound skip. I guess I...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

thanks it worked like a charm for multi cd games. Now the only problem i got is to make the menu to show all of my games since i have put them in seperate folders for better organizing. I think a rescan function for additional folders would be ideal, since i constantly move games in and out from my ...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Very cool idea the new easy menu although i can't seem to find an option to use an image from sd card since there is no image on multi cd games like chrono cross, (second disc) and i wanna also rescan my sd card somehow for games in other folders. Can you make that possible in next release schtruck?...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Well, it seems you have a 832 MHz CPU with Adreno 200 GPU, so sure OpenGL won't work well on your device. It has about the same hardware as an HTC HD2 that was a star 3 years ago (not to mention that the HD2 could be overclocked up to 1.7ghz and remain stable) As I said, openGL IMO shouldn't be used...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Well since i have been using fpse for almost a year i thought it might be a good idea to point out its flaws so far .I hope this will help the dev to improve the overall experience from the emulator. To begin with i find fpse easy to use even for newbies, although i cant seem to find anywhere what ea...
