In the middle of FF8 now; 11.54 was working perfectly for me with openGL on my Gnex, (more than perfect in fact, beautiful!) but with 11.55 on the same openGL settings I can't see my characters or vehicles in the world map anymore. Error happens to me very often sometimes, then not for hours other times. My logcat said something about lock pixel or something... Happens more often when turning the frame limiter off. I only play FFVII, and it happens much more often in the menus than other times. Software mode. All options check...

opengl or software? I used software and got through no problem. what settings have you tried or are you currently using? One possibility (like you mentioned already) if nothing else works is to use the save point at the right hand screen in the forgotten capital, then copy that save file to your pc ...

I too have exactly the same issue on ff7 with opengl and battle start animations. I would love to see a fix for this whenever you get the chance. Awesome job on the software plugin. I love this app! By far the best app ever! Also, the sound slows way down between scenes, such as right after a battle...

It happens to me too. It has happened for the last 5 or 6 versions. Only with opengl. Currently on a samsung galaxy S2 skyrocket. Opengl is so buggy atm that it is the least of my worries. 4 fps when initiating battles in FF7 is the only reason I don't use opengl.

Yes. I agree about the beginning of every battle for ffvii. My atrix with gingerbread had at most a 2 second delay, but on ics, it is unbearably long! Can you implement a workaround that simply bypasses the frame buffer effects, or do you think that this is related to something else?
