Edit: Found the answer for which to change to .raw. .bmp into .raw using the BMP2RAW.exe

Prior, I was using my own image edit tool to change even the .png to .raw

So the latest version is suppose to have the basic look, and not the minimalistic look? So it is suppose to look like the one in the attachment? I thought I had an error in my download. But what about the options for "Country" "Mdec Acceleration" ect., cause I can't find them any...
