Nobody?

Neither keybound Hardware Keys nor the Touchpad keys seem to respond after loading the game. Been messing with it for hours and still can't get past the "Press Start" screen.... :( I searched all around the site and found nothing so I figured I'd make a post here. Sorry if I'm being redund...
