Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

I would bet Fpse for Droid will hugely be improved within a few weeks, you'll be surprised ;) On the contrary, I probably won't be surprised. With the amount of effort that's been put into it already and the hard work Schtruck's doing everyday I wouldn't be surprised if my phone emulated me waffles...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Hi all. So I've recently made the purchase and I'm loving the speed so far. I'm having a few issues though, similar to the ones experienced by others. 1) I'm having serious issues with terrible sound and music reproduction in Final Fantasy 7. This affects both FMV sounds and in-game sounds. Music n...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Your experience is pretty different from mine and I am using a Droid 2 also. I am not sure exactly what your settings are (you can see all of mine earlier in this thread) but I have almost no slowdown in FF7 at all. With the most recent build (I just tested some play in the world and in battles/cut...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

For FFVII, i saw many people saying sound is buggy, but guys, put SPUSync to on, and then Frameskip to 40, sound will be perfect and speed will be very good even with overlays. I tried this on my Droid 2 and the results were pretty much the same as before. The sound didn't change, but battles loade...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Hey there :) Ya don't need root for the memory cards, but you do need a file explorer able to see hidden files (I use Estrongs). The psx4droid saves are in a folder called .psx4droid (the '.' at the start hides a folder) and is on your SDCard. As for the skins, the example one w/ brief explanation ...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

I'm having issues loading between different save states of the same game. I have set one directory into which save states for every game are saved. Do I need to segment different folders for save states of each rom? I've also been having this issue. When you go to save to a slot, no matter if you s...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Hey, I'm using a rooted droid and I just purchased Fpse. So far it is working well with MGS, I turned on SPUsync and I was able to start a new game. I also turned off the overlay controls and am just using hardware controls to play in landscape mode. This greatly improved the performance. However, ...

Re: Fpse for Android Discussion/Feedback

Not sure if folks are having similar problems that I am, but I definitely see a lot of Final Fantasy players running into similar issues. I'm running FFVII on a Motorola Droid 2, I've run into some issues so far: - I'm having issues where I save the game at different points to different slots, and n...
